Hello Everyone,
This Article will take you through the how to login our TacNewEvol Help Centre and the usage
Our Sattrix team will send invitation link to all the customers through email.
Once Invitation link received to the customer. He has to accept the invitation link by clicking on "Accept Invitation"
Once customer accepts the invitation. System will ask you for resetting the password.
Note: Password should be case sensitive.
Once password reset has been done. Customer needs to fill few more details like
First name
Last name
Display name
phone number
Location etc
Once all the required detail have been filled. Customer can save the record by clicking "save" button
Customers can also accept our help centre by using below link
Now the help centre should be visible as below
In the home section you can see,
1) Knowledge Base
2) Community
3) Tickets
* In the Knowledge base area, customers can see all the knowledge articles that are available in this department
* In the Community area Customers can share their new ideas, Ask questions and they can start discussion with other customers.
* In the Ticket area, Customer can find their,
* Open tickets
* Closed tickets
* On hold tickets
* Overdue tickets
* Customers can create a ticket by clicking " Add ticket " Option.
